Public Information Specialist
The Public Information Specialist plans and coordinates intergovernmental and communication activities for the benefit of the agency’s planning and programmatic activities in transportation, community development, and environmental services, within a multi-county region. Activities include the preparation and dissemination of materials to the public and news media, working closely with departments in preparation of internal and external publications, and fulfilling specific regulatory and compliance public information duties on behalf of the agency.
