DMA 2000 Compliant Hazard Mitigation Plans DMA multi-hazard mitigation plans allow governmental entities to apply for mitigation funding available under the Stafford Act. Grant programs include the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, the Pre-Disaster Mitigation Grant Program, and the Severe Repetitive Loss Program. The following plans are currently in progress or have been approved by FEMA: Linn County: Coggon Hazard Mitigation Plan, plan completed. Participating communities include: Ainsworth, Brighton, Crawfordsville, Kalona, West Chester, Unincorporated Washington County.
