Housing Fund for Linn County

The Housing Fund for Linn County (HFfLC) is a community-based non-profit organization dedicated to improving quality of life by offering innovative and flexible funding in order to expand affordable housing opportunities within Linn County.

Administrative services for the HFfLC are contracted through ECICOG. Questions and comments should be directed to Adam Ralston, Community Development Planner, at (319) 365-9941 ext. 133.

The HFfLC was certified as a Local Housing Trust by the Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) on November 7, 2007, and received a determination of tax-exempt 501(c) (3) status from the Internal Revenue Service on April 10, 2008.

The Board of Directors of the HFfLC is comprised of thirteen (13) members who provide a diversity of representation, with gender balance and geographical distribution, to embrace a broad range of affordable housing interests.
