Housing Services

How do we begin planning for housing in our community? This frequently asked question is one that can be answered by the housing staff at ECICOG. Through our wide array of housing resources and services, we can help implement the housing program that best first the needs of the community. Some available programs include:

Housing Needs Assessment

A needs assessment will document the current and future housing needs of the community. ECICOG housing staff can assist in the completion of this important first step. The assessment includes extensive research and data collection resulting in a baseline inventory of housing in the community. Housing needs are identified through surveys, town neetings, and other community input. Recommendations and an action plan are developed to carry out the selected housing initiatives. Assessemtns can also be trageted to provide a comprehensive review of income, age, and housing needs of other demographic groups. For more information, please contact Adam Ralston at ext. 133.
