This program provides up to a 25% down payment assistance to income-qualified home buyers on specific
single-family homes in the program. A total of 39 properties are available for this program, located in North
Liberty, Hills, Tiffin, and Center Point.

RFP deadline: FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2010 4:00 PM
This program is very similar to Round 2. We especially welcome submissions for homes priced under $150,000.
A total of 30-35 properties will be able to be funded by this program.
