A number of programs are available for disaster recovery through the state and federal programs. ECICOG's flood recovery programs serve residents and businesses in Linn County outside the corporate limits of Cedar Rapids, Johnson County outside the corporate limits of Iowa City, as well as all of Benton, Jones, Iowa and Washington Counties.

Federal Jumpstart Housing Assistance
The Jumpstart Housing program assists homeowners in rehabilitating flood
damaged homes or purchasing a new home to replace a flood damaged home.

Single Family New Home Construction - Round 1
HOMES STILL AVAILABLE!
This program provides up to a 30% down payment assistance to income-qualified home buyers on specific
single-family homes in the program. A few homes are still available in Lone Tree and Palo. Applications are
still being accepted for this program on a first-come, first-served basis.

Single Family New Home Construction - Round 2
NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS!
Application deadline: FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2010 4:00 PM
This program provides up to a 25% down payment assistance to income-qualified home buyers on specific
single-family homes in the program. A total of 39 properties are available for this program, located in North
Liberty, Hills, Tiffin, and Center Point.

NOW ACCEPTING DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS!
RFP deadline: FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2010 4:00 PM
This program is very similar to Round 2. We especially welcome submissions for homes priced under $150,000.
A total of 30-35 properties will be able to be funded by this program.
