The Envision East Central Iowa Regional Data Dashboard empowers communities and regional partners with the information needed to build a stronger future together. By bringing together key data and performance indicators in one accessible location, the dashboard provides a shared understanding of the region’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities. It serves as a tool for measuring progress, fostering collaboration, and guiding action toward the vision of a thriving, resilient East Central Iowa where prosperity is broadly shared and communities are positioned for long-term success.
The dashboard is designed to be an easy-to-use resource for local leaders, organizations, businesses, and residents. Users can explore data by topic, track trends over time, compare local conditions, and identify opportunities for strategic investment and action. Whether supporting planning efforts, grant applications, policy decisions, or community conversations, the dashboard provides a common set of facts to inform decision-making.
Data is presented at both the regional and county levels, allowing users to understand how local communities contribute to and benefit from broader regional trends. The dashboard reflects the six-county Envision East Central Iowa region - Benton, Iowa, Johnson, Jones, Linn, and Washington counties - and highlights the interconnected nature of the region’s economy, workforce, infrastructure, and quality of life.
