The ECICOG Revolving Loan Fund was established to help new and existing businesses within our six county region develop and expand.

Loan information:
  • Max: $500,000
  • Average loaned: $100,000
  • 10-yr max on real property loans
  • All loans are 5-7 year term, fixed asset
  • Interest rates 0-2% until June 2022
  • 2% loan closing fee

Submit an Application
Visit ecicogrlf.com to review provided resources and fill out the online application. If you are unable to fill out the form online, please contact Robyn Jacobson at robyn.jacobson@ecicog.org.
Your application will be evaluated for completeness and forwarded to our loan review committee. Applications received before the last business day of the month will be considered by the committee at the next month's meeting. At this time, the maximum capacity is four applications to be reviewed each month.
Review
The loan review committee meets on the third Thursday of each month. The committee evaluates the application and makes recommendations to the East Central Iowa Council of Governments Board of Directors.
Approval
The East Central Iowa Council of Governments Board of Directors acts on the Loan Review Committee’s recommendation. Approved applications begin the loan closing process. This includes preparation of the loan closing documents and scheduling of a loan closing date.
