Q. Can I submit 32 pages, which would include the cover page and "thank you" conclusion?
A. The cover and thank you/conclusion pages will not be counted as part of the 30-page limit.

Q. Are you looking for actual letters from our references, which are to be added to the booklet? Or are you asking for a page with our references, in which you can contact?
A. The responding architect can provide references, and contact information, that the City can follow up with. There is no need to provide reference letters in the statement of qualifications.​

Q. Are paper copies required to be mailed if a digital copy is emailed?
A. Yes, please provide both the print and digital copies of the response.

Q. If the paper copies are required, can they be hand-delivered instead of mailed?
A.Paper copies may be hand delivered.
