When the communities within the watershed of Indian Creek decided to form a management group to create a cleaner and healthier stream, ECICOG stepped up to help guide the process. From providing mapping to managing meetings and writing the plan, Environmental Services Director Jennifer Fencl was able to ensure that impactful and realistic goals were created and met throughout the process.
