The Region 10 Regional Planning Affiliation (RPA 10), which is staffed by ECICOG, will be announcing the opportunity for local governments to apply for regional Transportation Alternative Program (TAP) funds. Eligible projects will occur in federal fiscal years 2025-2028.
The TAP program is intended to provide funds for projects that improve non‐motorized mobility including trails, historic preservation, scenic accessibility, Safe Routes to School programs, and environmental management. During this application cycle, RPA 10 has approximately $2.1 million available for projects in the seven-county area..
