Types of Assistance

  • Roofing​

  • Soffit

  • Fascia​

​

  • Gutters

  • Downspouts

  • Chimney Removal

Owner Occupied Eligibility

  • Own or occupy your home in Hiawatha

  • Have a household income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income.

  • Current on mortgage, taxes and insurance.

  • Outside the 100 year floodplain.

  • Owned the property for at least 6 months.

  • Agree to live in the home as your primary residence for at least 5 years after repais are completed.

  • Rental properties and homes for sale are not eligible.
