The 380Express bus service between Cedar Rapids and Iowa City has seen record ridership recently, and with major road construction in the I-380 Corridor ongoing, the Iowa DOT has decided to continue funding the service until at least 2029. So far this year, ridership on the 380Express has averaged nearly 400 riders per day!

The 380Express service has proven to be a reliable, convenient and affordable commuting option for the Cedar Rapids to Iowa City corridor. In addition to commuters, students at the University of Iowa and Kirkwood Community College have shown to be consistent users of the service as well. The service is operated by Windstar Lines, who provides the buses, drivers and customer support for riders.
