Welcome Emma Harkins to ECICOG

Help us extend a warm welcome to Emma Harkins, who recently started as the new Housing Grants Administration Specialist. Emma will be working on CDBG-DR grants related to derecho housing recovery. She is excited to join the ECICOG team, and brings with her a background in non-profit law, employment advising, and grant writing. Outside of work, she is a multi-media artist, writer, and meditation instructor.
