Welcome New ECICOG Fellow Justice Inkoom!

In January, Justice Inkoom started in the position of ECICOG Planning Fellow. Justice has a

doctorate from the University of Bonn (Germany) and extensive knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS). He has more than a decade of experience in land use and spatial planning, spatial data mining and infrastructure management, landscape pattern analysis, ecosystem services, and environmental policy analysis. He will provide technical and GIS


support toward the development of the Regional Planning Affiliation 10 (RPA 10) Active Transportation Plan and other comprehensive planning initiatives.
