Welcome New ECICOG Staff



Meagan Prestegard recently began as an Environmental Specialist and will work on a variety of tasks in the Environmental Services department, including hazard mitigation planning and CDBG water/sewer grants. Meagan has a vast background in environmental work, having worked as an environmental engineer with the Missouri Department of Resources and also in the private sector. Meagan received her degree in Environmental Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and currently lives in the Cedar Rapids area. Zach Huggins joined ECICOG as an intern and will be working on numerous projects across all departments. Zach has a degree from Iowa State University in Community and Regional Planning, and has experience from his course work working with Grand Junction, IA to help the town plan new uses for a former school building.
