![]() The Housing Fund for Linn County (HFfLC) is a community-based non-profit organization dedicated to improving quality of life by offering innovative and flexible funding in order to expand affordable housing opportunities within Linn County.
HFfLC Applications: The HFfLC is accepting applications from qualified housing providers needing financial assistance to implement affordable housing projects that will address the mission of the HFfLC. Nonprofit, for-profit and governmental entities are eligible to apply for funding assistance from the fund of the HFfLC for affordable housing projects located within Linn County. Individual citizens are not eligible to apply for assistance from this fund. Affordable housing projects assist households below 80% AMI and address the mission of the Housing Fund for Linn County. |

applications are due Wednesday, April 20 at 4:00 pm.
Applications from organizations or entities are accepted during spring and winter/fall periods.

![]() The Providing Assistance to Community Homeowners (PATCH) Program aims to fill a gap in resources following the Derecho storm. The program will provide support, referrals, and financial assistance to low-to-moderate income Linn County homeowners impacted by the storm.
